Background Wilmstumor (WT) is the most common malignant renal tumor in children. Previous studies suggested the reversion-inducing, cysteine-rich protein with Kazal motifs (RECK) down-regulation might have a role in numerous human cancers. The current study was done to investigate the associations of RECK single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) with the WT susceptibility in Chinese children.
