The self-traveling lifting fully-hydraulic coal auger has the advantages of being adjustable in exploiting height of a drilling machine, achieving exploiting of an upper layer and a lower layer of thick coal seam containing waste rocks, improving utilization ratio of coal sources labor strength and working environment, saving labor cost, reducing pressure of out-of-shaft waste rocks and selection of coal and the waste rocks on the ground and transportation cost matched with out-of-shaft waste rocks and protecting environment.
