The invention discloses a sealant core replacement device of an annular preventer. The device has the advantages of being high in integration, convenient and quick to use, safe and reliable. The device comprises cylindrical tubes, an upper connection frame, a lower connection plate, a center work assembly and a hydraulic lifting oil cylinder, wherein a derrick is composed of four cylindrical tubes, the upper portions and the lower portions of the cylindrical tubes are provided with an upper connection plate and a lower connection plate respectively, a telescopic tube on the upper portion of the center work assembly is connected with the upper connection frame, a triple ram preventer on the lower portion of the center work assembly is connected with a lower supporting plate, the upper portions of an upper annular preventer body and a lower annular preventer body and the lower portion portions of the upper annular preventer body and the lower annular preventer body are connected with two round supporting plates respectively, the upper end of the hydraulic lifting oil cylinder is installed on the upper connection frame, and the lower end of the hydraulic lifting oil cylinder is installed on the round supporting plates. When a sealant core of the upper annular preventer body needs to be replaced, the lower annular preventer body seals the opening of a well, when a sealant core of the lower annular preventer body needs to be replaced, the triple ram preventer seals the opening of the well, and accordingly high-temperature and high-pressure gases or liquid with complicated media can be prevented from overflowing.
