Method and device for configuring pucch resources in wireless communication system

Provided are a method and a device for configuring physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in a wireless communication system, particularly, in a new radio (NR) access technology. More particularly, it can be defined when and/or for what operation default PUCCH resources are to be used. For example, a wireless device can receive information on default PUCCH resources, and transmit uplink control information (UCI) to a gNB by using the default PUCCH resources only before establishing a radio resource control (RRC) connection with the gNB.
