The embodiment of the invention provides a composite packaging flexible pipe which comprises a pipe head and a pipe body, wherein the pipe body comprises an inner layer and an outer layer formed by the coextrusion molding of modified polyethylene resin and a pearly-lustre material; the modified polyethylene resin comprises a material which is formed by introducing a polar group on a nonpolar mainpolyethylene chain; and the melt index of the material is 0.5-3.0g/10min. The composite packaging flexible pipe provided by the embodiment of the invention is favorable for improving the metal pearly-lustre gloss effect of the composite packaging flexible pipe so as to improve the product competitiveness.
