Method for extracting sesamin from sesame oil

The invention discloses a method for extracting sesamin from sesame oil. The sesame oil is used as a raw material. The method comprises the steps of performing primary degassing and primary molecular distillation on the sesame oil, centrifuging and precipitating the distillate to separate the sesamin from the sesame oil, and removing grease from the centrifuged and precipitated distillate through supercritical CO2 extraction to obtain a crude sesamin product; finally, crystallizing the crude sesamin product to obtain a sesamin crystal. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, high-purity sesamin and high-purity sesame oil can be obtained at the same time, the whole extraction process does not cause any harmful substance pollution, the extraction efficiency is high, and the cost is low.
