Conductivity Enhancement in TiO2-Dispersed AgI

1991
The conductivity of TiO 2 -dispersed AgI was measured as a function of mole ratio of TiO 2 at 30°C and 180°C. An enhancement of the conductivity was observed at low temperature phase. A simple model is proposed, which will be useful in quantitative estimation of concentration dependence of the conductivity enhancement due to dispersed insulating particles.
