Researches on Composite Silanizing Treatments of the Surface of Metals

Due to environmental protection,energy saving and easy operation,surface silanizing treatment technology of metal material is expected to completely replace phosphate treatment technology which has been widely used.The formation mechanism of silane films prepared by surface silanizing treatment technology and the main reasons which lead to poor corrosion resistance of metals are discoursed.The researches on the one-layer composite silane film and multi-layer composite silane film are also expounded.Finally,the main problems in the researches of the composite silane films and the main researches which will be done in the future are pointed out.
