The invention discloses a piggery wastewater treatment and recycling method. The piggery wastewater treatment and recycling method comprises the following steps: firstly treating the pig farm breeding wastewater by virtue of an anaerobic biogas tank (tower) to produce biogas slurry, enabling the biogas slurry to enter a biogas slurry storage tank and then sequentially flow into an anaerobic baffle plate biological reaction tank and an anaerobic biological membrane reaction tank by virtue of pipelines, pumping the biogas slurry into a sequencing batch biological reaction tank through a water pump for treatment, discharging the effluent water into a disinfected reclaimed water tank by virtue of a decanter, adding an environment-friendly microbial preparation into the reclaimed water, pumping through a pump to a piggery to flush the piggery, enabling the piggery wastewater and other sewage to again enter the biogas tank (tower) so as to achieve circulation, drying sludge generated in each stage sewage treatment unit by virtue of a sludge drying bed and preparing into organic fertilizers. The treated effluent water is disinfected and added with the environment-friendly microbial preparation so as to flush the piggery, on the one hand, the resourceful recycling of the treated piggery wastewater is achieved and thus the waste resource is saved; on the other hand, due to adoption of the environment-friendly microbial preparation, the odor of the piggery can be significantly reduced and the environment of the piggery is improved.
