Preparation method for high collision strength carbon fiber

2012
A preparation method for high collision strength carbon fiber belongs to the technical field of carbon fiber. For a process of spinning solution being changed into filament-shaped filament tows, coagulating bath temperature is 25DEG C to 55DEG C, coagulating bath concentration is 60% to 75%, drafting by 2-6 times is done at 80DEG C to 100DEG C, washing temperature is 60DEG C to 90DEG C, at least two-stage multistage gradient temperature drying is adopted within 80DEG C and 140DEG C, and re-drafting by 1-3 times is done at 120DEG C to 150DEG C of supersaturated steam. Pre-oxidation adopts two-six temperature zone gradient temperature rise, temperature is controlled within 150DEG C and 300DEG C, and residence time of each temperature zone is 6 minutes to 24 minutes. Then, gradient temperature rises to 1,300DEG C for carbonization. The preparation method for high collision strength carbon fiber is simple in structure, finds reasonable differential temperature, enables a drying densification process to be even and stable, and is high in fiber collision strength and capable of obtaining high collision strength carbon fiber.
