Recent advances in signaling pathway of IFN-Iantiviral effect

2018
IFN-Ⅰ is an important antiviral agent increasingly gaining clinical interest. The antiviral effect of IFN-Ⅰis mainly conducted by the production of IFN-Ⅰ and subsequent synthesis of multiple antiviral molecules. Both steps rely on a series of signal transduction of corresponding signal pathways to complete. In recent years, several IFN-Ⅰ-related antiviral signaling pathways as well as corresponding regulatory mechanisms have been revealed. In this paper, the latest progress of IFN-Ⅰ-related anti-viral signal pathway and their regulatory mechanisms is reviewed. Key words: Interferon type Ⅰ; Signal transduction; Interferon-stimulated gene factor 3
