Optical Tweezers Force Measurements to Study Parasites Chemotaxis

In this work we use a methodology to study chemotaxis of Leishmania amazonensis and Trypanossoma cruzi in real time using an Optical Tweezers system. We obtained quantitative results of the parasites forces.
