Male fertility of species and interspecific hybrid among subgenus Euazolla

The features of fertility in microspore of 4 species of Azolla in Euazolla were reported. The environmental condition and inhertance were the two factors affecting the fertility of microspore. The significance of study on the fertility in Azolla microspore to Azolla taxonomy was also discussed.
