The invention relates to miniature semen collection equipment and a collection method thereof, applicable to animal breeding. The miniature semen collection equipment comprises a semen collection tube, a temperature controller, a semen storage tube, a conduit, a vacuum pump and a pacemaker, wherein the vacuum pump and the pacemaker are connected to the semen storage tube by virtue of the conduit. By virtue of the vacuum pump and the pacemaker, pulsation in a male animal is simulate; negative pressure, which is generated by the vacuum pump, is transmitted to the semen storage tube by virtue of the conduit; and the negative pressure in the male animal is simulated by virtue of the vacuum pump, so that a difficulty on semen collection of small animals is solved. The semen collection equipment and the semen collection method disclosed by the invention are simple to operate, free from animal injuries and are rapidly high in collection speed.
