Ecofriendly sheet using pla resin

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly sheet is provided to facilitate the thermal plywood processing and to improve physical properties such as the tensile strength after processing and the elongation percentage by improving the melting strength compared to the biodegradable resin using conventional PLA resin. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly sheet includes at least one layer containing biodegradable resin containing PLA resin; a thermal initiator; and a crosslinking monomer. The biodegradable resin is modified through thermally initiated crosslinking reaction. The thermal initiator is at least one selected from an azo compound or a peroxide compound. The content of the thermal initiator is 0.1-10 parts by weight to the PLA resin 100 parts by weight. The crosslinking monomer is at least one selected from an acrylate monomer and a methacrylate monomer. The content of the crosslinking monomer is 0.1-10 parts by weight to the PLA resin 100 parts by weight. The biodegradable resin further includes a non-phthalate plasticizer. The content of the non-phthalate plasticizer is 5-100 parts by weight to the PLA resin 100 parts by weight. The biodegradable resin further includes a lubricant 0.1-10 parts by weight, calcium carbonate 5-1000 parts by weight, and titanium dioxide 0.5-50 parts by weight to the PLA resin 100 parts by weight. The sheet comprises a transparent layer(130), a printing layer(120), and a back layer(110). The sheet further comprises a glass fiber impregnation layer and a surface processing layer.
