A 1-day-old newborn presented with prominence and lacrimation of the left eye after spontaneous vaginal delivery at 41+3 weeks gestation. The delivery was complicated by shoulder dystocia and he was later noted to have sustained a fracture of the clavicle secondary to the traumatic delivery.
