According to a measurement result of an axial clearance, the sizes, supposed to be obtained after measurement, of a front anchor and a rear anchor of a motor are calculated accurately and quickly, that is to say, the thicknesses of pads which need to be added to or removed from a front anchor bolt and a rear anchor bolt of the motor are worked out, the axial clearance can meet the installation accuracy requirement, the installation quality of the pumping unit is guaranteed, and the installation progress is accelerated.
