Reflections on the Issue of Using Pethidine in Burn Dressing Change

The operation pain in burn dressing change should be prevented and treated actively. It is effective and reasonable to control the operation pain by using Pethidine. We should pay attention to the dependence of Pethidine,but it doesn't mean we refuse to use Pethidine scientifically and standardly. Our research found that analgesic effect of Pethidine before burn dressing change is better than that of during burn dressing change.
