Presented studies in Medical Genetic Research Center, showed that the same external influences on the culture of cells in vitro can have different effects on cells depending on their ability to cope with the effects of oxidative stress. It is shown that the stress in the cells is largely determined by the number of copies of active ribosomal genes (WP) in the genome of the cells.
