Prospective study of invasiveness of aortofemoral reconstructions carried through minilaparotomy and retroperitoneal miniaccess was done. Objective criteria of visceral injuries were more severe with minilaparotomy, and parietal — with retroperitoneal miniaccess was revealed. The severity of postoperative pulmonary dysfunction was not signifi cantly different.
