Bloody Diarrhea Caused by a Needle in The Pancreatic Head

Abstract Bloody diarrhea in adolescents is not uncommon polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, and infections are the usual causes. A 13-year-old boy with a metallic foreign body in the head of the pancreas presented with bloody diarrhea. The clinical problems and surgical approach are discussed.
