The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between participative management and organizational citizenship behavior and human resource productivity Ardebil Gas Company is of the view staff. The study is descriptive and correlational. The study population was 600 employees working gas company in '94.Of these available based on Morgan -Krejcie table, sample of 238 individuals was selected. The data have been Collected using three questionnaires, Participatory management questionnaires Feizi (1386), organizational citizenship behavior and Kvnvsky Oregon (1996) and productivity of human resources Jahed (1385).To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t single sample, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression) were used.The results of the study showed that the average participative management, organizational citizenship behavior and human resource productivity is significantly higher than the average in species and a significant positive relationship between participative management and behavior They aspects of citizenship and human resource productivity.Multiple regression analysis showed that among the aspects of participative management, leadership, structure and controlling relationship between significant advance productivity of human resources. Also among the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, altruism, respect and courtesy and chivalry significant predictor of productivity of human resources.
