The invention provides an integral-pressurizing closed abrasive belt steel rail grinding wagon which is composed of working vehicles and a power vehicle. A plurality of closed abrasive belt grinding trolleys are suspended on the working vehicles and the power vehicle, and each of the working vehicles at two ends is provided with a control chamber, so that bidirectional grinding can be realized. Each grinding trolley is composed of a traction device, a lifting device, a walking device and an abrasive belt grinding unit, and each abrasive belt grinding unit is composed of an abrasive belt transmission structure, an abrasive belt translation structure, an abrasive belt deflection structure, an abrasive belt wheel system structure and an abrasive belt pressurizing structure; each abrasive belt pressurizing structure integrally pressurizes the corresponding abrasive belt wheel system mechanism, and an abrasive belt contacts with steel rails under set grinding pressure to realize grinding. Abrasive belt grinding is longitudinal grinding, and generated sparks fly only along the longitudinal direction of the steel rails, so that collection of abrasive dust in the process of grinding is facilitated, and the defect of being prone to causing fire due to transverse splashing of sparks generated by abrasive wheel grinding is avoided; in the grinding process, effective utilization rate of an abrasive material can be increased, so that steel rail maintenance cost is lowered.
