Significance of expression of high mobility protein group A2 in tumor

2011
High mobility protein group A2 (HMGA2) is one of proteins widely expressed in tumors. Abnormal expression of HMGA2 is related with the development and prognosis of many human tumors. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays an important role in the tumor angiogenesis. This paper analyzes the expression of HMGA2 and VEGF in lung cancer and other tumors, investigates the role of tumor-related factors, which provide new targets for early diagnosis and prognosis analysis of tumors to increase the diagnosis rate of patients and improve the quality of life. Key words: High mobility protein group A2;  Vascular endothelial growth factor;  Tumor;  Lung cancer
