Experimental Study of the Acute Toxicity of Fungal Fermentation Substance on Tripterygium

To survey the acute toxicity of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium. The modified Tripterygium wilfordii Hook was obtained by a novel bi-directional solid-state fermentation,Bliss method was used to calculate the lethal dose of 50%(LD50)of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium in mice . The LD50 of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium was higher than the raw materials,the 3G30 is the highest. The acute toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook could be reduced by bi-direction solid-state fermentation.
