An electrochromic device comprising: - a transparent electrochromic system (100) that allows a different view through said system, and comprising in turn: - two walls (10, 11) which limit a closed volume (V), It is transparent system for a gaze direction that crosses the walls and said closed volume between two opposite sides; - a liquid or gel which is contained in the closed volume (V); - first and second electroactive substances distributed in the liquid or gel, with respective potential redox that are different, at least some of the first and second electroactive substances variable optical effect between an oxidized form and a reduced form of said substances ; - a pair of electrodes of transparent cord (1, 2), brought together by one (10) of the two walls; - a first variable power source (20) with two output terminals, the two output terminals of the first variable power source (20) respectively the feeding electrodes (1, 2) being connected to power the system (100) electric current applied between said electrodes supply (1, 2) a greater than the difference between the respective potential redox of the first and second electroactive substances voltage, so that transfer electrons to or from at least some of the electroactive substances, electron transfer effected in an inverse manner between said first and second electroactive bodies at the same instant of system operation; characterized in that the device comprises at least a second variable power source (21, 22), and said system further comprises: - a pair of first electrodes transparent polarization (3, 4), being brought said first bias electrodes (3, 4) together by the other (11) of the two walls that (10) carrying the feeding electrodes (1, 2) and having no contact with said feeding electrodes (1, 2) within the system, and said first bias electrodes (3, 4) one to one in front of the feeding electrodes (1, 2) to each side of the closed volume in a direction (D) perpendicular to the walls (10, 11) being located; and - at least one film (5) electrically insulating arranged to delete a contact between each first bias electrode (3, 4) and the liquid or gel contained in the closed volume (V), so that the electroactive substances are not oxidized nor reduced on the first bias electrodes, they are connected each of the first bias electrodes (3, 4) and that of the feeding electrodes (1, 2) located opposite said first bias electrode also respectively two output terminals of at least said second variable power source (21, 22) with respective polarities which are identical to the output terminals of said first (20) and at least one second power sources (21, 22) which are connected to one same feed electrode (1, 2) being determined such polarities respectively relative to the other output terminal of the corresponding power source.
