Effect of nursing intervention in preventing postoperative uroclepsia

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in preventing uroclepsia after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods One hundred patients in test group underwent voiding behavior training and levator ani muscle exercise to train the strength of pelvic floor muscle and urethral sphincter,so as to prevent postoperative uroclepsia.Conventional nursing Methods were used in 100 patients in control group.Results Uroclepsia occurred in 2 patients of test group and 10 patients of control group.Conclusion It is feasible and practical to adopt voiding behavior training and levator ani muscle exercise to train the strength of pelvic floor muscle and urethral sphincter to prevent postoperative uroclepsia.It should be regarded as one of the key elements in the health guidance before and after operation.
