PhD thesis in Legal Science by specialty 12.00.01 – theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal studies. – The Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Kharkiv, 2015. The thesis analyzes scientific work, genesis and legal formalization of model legal acts. It proposes concepts and characteristics of model legal acts, highlights specificity of their nature, indicates proper understanding of classification, concepts, nature and characteristics of model law formation, analyzes concepts and implementation forms of model legal acts, substantiates conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the practices of model legal acts in the domestic law formation and legal system of Ukraine.
