Application of time management in nursing management

In order to increase efficiency of clinical nursing work and finish nursing work with high quality,we have applied ABC time management method in clinical nursing since June,2009.By doing so,we make nursing work standardized and scientific,nurses finish work in good order within limit time,improve work efficiency and nursing quality,patients' satisfaction increase.
