A coating production of ferrosilicon for the tubular anode, which comprises the mass percentages of components: 25 to 30% of diatomaceous earth, perlite powder, 2 to 5%, zircon powder 5 to 10%, sodium bentonite 2-5%, 3-5% silica, dextrin 2 ~ 4%, k-12 sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.1% to 0.3%, 50% to 55% water; wherein: 37% ≤ expansion celite + perlite powder, zircon powder + ≤42%, 7% ≤ + silica + Na-bentonite dextrin ≤10%; its production method, comprising the steps of: (1) pulverized material; (2) dry-blended and mixed with water ; (3) added last k-12 sodium lauryl sulfate, and mix well; compared with the prior art, the present invention has good adhesion to the mold, fluidity, heat resistance and breathability compared good, easy to clean and the product can barbed projection surface (surface Ma) branch more uniform characteristics.
