Academic tutoring at the university offers an opportunity for personalization in theconstruction of professional identity and the promotion of skills in education students. Inthis paper, a hybrid academic tutoring model is used and it incorporates the virtues ofvirtualization, through MaharaZar, and the personalization derived from accompaniment:a viable and harmonized mentoring in which awareness of own competencedevelopment is the focus of reflexive learning.
