Graphite lamination structure and preparation method thereof

2016
The invention relates to the technical field of heat conduction and dissipation materials, in particular to a graphite lamination structure. The graphite lamination structure comprises a graphite film, a copper foil and a polyimide film which are pressed successively. The preparation method of the graphite lamination structure comprises the following steps: (1) heating the graphite film to the melting temperature of the copper foil, and carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the graphite film and the copper foil to obtain a graphite film and copper foil composite material; and (2) heating the graphite film and copper foil composite material to the temperature of 300-400 DEG C, carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the graphite film and copper foil composite material and the polyimide film for 1-1.5 hours under the conditions that the pressure is 30-40 kg/ cm , and the revolving speed of a roll is 1 m/minute, and then cooling at the room temperature of 40 DEG C to obtain the graphite lamination structure. The graphite lamination structure provided by the invention has excellent mechanical property and heat conduction property, and can be used for an FPC substrate.
