Malignant interstitial cell tumor of the testis

Abstract The light microscopic and ultrastructural characteristics of a hormonally active Leydig cell tumor are described. Evidence is adduced that strongly suggests that the Leydig cell tumor was malignant and that functioning metastases were present.
