Absolwent uczelni technicznej na rynku pracy - na przykładzie badań absolwentów Politechniki Gdańskiej z rocznika 2010

The article raises the problems of the current situation of graduates of technical colleges on the contemporary labor market. The fundamental assumptions and conclusions of the survey conducted amongst graduates of the Gdansk Technical University year 2010. The authors took the task of presenting the conception, methodology of the survey and the research tool used (taking into account the specifics of the examination of the college graduates), that is a questionnaire in an electronic form.  In one of main conclusions formulated on the basis of the survey one should underline the statement that the examined respondents are a well prepared for the reality of the changing labor market community, satisfied and optimistically looking to the future. Therefore it is also possible to build a social capital which will be connecting the Gdansk Technical University to her former students, creating an offer and change in the area of the quality of education of the entire University.
