CAD-CAM immediate to definitive complete denture transition: A digital dental technique

Abstract The present article describes a digital workflow for the fabrication of definitive complete dentures in 2 appointments by reproducing the cameo surface and tooth arrangement of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) immediate dentures. This straightforward technique, which requires limited time and effort, can be easily applied by using an intraoral scanner, a dental CAD software program, and a milling machine.
