A History: Joachim Froese

Still Life: Joachim Froese Photographs 1999-2008, an exhibition curated by Simone Jones, was shown at the Queensland University of Technology Art Museum Brisbane. His work is metaphorical, as evident from his portrayal of Jesus as a mouse, a gentle character and Pontius Pilate who is considered as a heartless tough-guy is portrayed as a hippopotamus and his goons as alligators.
