UHMWPE catalyst and preparation method

The invention relates to a novel ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene catalyst in order to achieve the purpose of regulating the molecular weight of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene according to demands. After the content of a main component titanium compound of the catalyst is determined, the content of an alkoxy aluminum compound is regulated, thereby effectively regulating and controlling the molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene product, wherein the molecular weight of the polymerization product is 2-6 millions. The catalyst prepared through the method is high in catalytic activity and uniform in particle size, has no large particle and causes no agglomeration. The preparation method of the catalyst has the characteristics of being simple and easy to implement, safe, environmentally friendly, high in operability, beneficial to industrialized application, etc.
