Результаты лечения больных с осложнениями после лапаротомии

2011
Abdominal interventions, both in emergency and in elective surgery do not tend to decrease. At the same time a certain percentage of complications in the postoperative period retain, and it requires periodic review for possible prevention or timely effective relaparotomy. Analysis of the laparotomy for the last 5 years in hospital N 6 named after N.S. Karpovich showed that out of 6,172 operations complications occurred in 1.8 % for planned surgery and in 4,1 % for emergency operations. The largest number of postoperative complications accounted for peritonitis (44,3 %), where the greatest postoperative mortality made 69,7 %. Then come eventrations 20,4 % of complications, early adhesive obstructions 13,9 %, bleedings 9,9 %, and concomitant injuries 5,5 %. Causes of complications varied, but the right diagnostic tactics and a surgeon's experience offers the possibility for a short time to produce adequate relaparotomy.
