РОЗРОБКА КРЕАТИНІН-ЧУТЛИВОГО БІОСЕНСОРА ДЛЯ МЕДИЧНОГО ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

A highly-sensitive biosensor based on immobilized creatininedeiminase (EC 3.5.4.21) and pH-sensitive field effect transistors was developed for creatinine detection in dialysis fluid. The conditions of the enzyme immobilization as well as conditions of creatinine detection in both model and real samples were optimized. Under optimized conditions, the enzyme biosensor is capable of express analysis of creatinine and characterized with high sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility.
