Regulating system used for cooperatively regulating collision safety of seat cushion and backrest

2014
A regulating system used for cooperatively regulating collision safety of a seat cushion and a backrest comprises a supporting mechanism, a starting mechanism, a limiting and locking mechanism, a bottom board and the cushion, wherein one end of the cushion is hinged to one end of the bottom board through a bearing, the other end of the cushion is connected with the other end of the bottom board through the supporting mechanism, and the middle of the cushion is connected with the bottom board through the starting mechanism and the limiting and locking mechanism. The regulating system is compact in structure, low in manufacturing cost, good in stability and capable of eliminating gaps and vibration between a seat and a supporting platform in the normal driving process of a car and achieving flexible contact, the inner arc surface and the outer arc surface of the front surface of the locking rod, the inner arc surface and the outer arc surface of the rear surface of the locking rod and the rotating center of the cushion are concentric, and interference will not be caused between the locking rod and a hole of the bottom board of the cushion when the cushion rotates under the working condition of front collision; as the limiting and locking rod is arranged, angle regulation of the cushion can be limited and locked under the working condition of front collision, and meanwhile an auxiliary torsional spring plays a role in assisting the cushion in bouncing.
