Simulation Analysis of Energy Consumption and Operating Cost about Energy-saving Buildings

In this paper,the concept of energy efficiency of 50% in the energysaving criterion was firstly analyzed.And then,the energy consumption and operating cost of a building in Jiangyin district were simulated using the BIN method.At last,it was concluded that the energy efficiency in different areas has its own characteristics,the target of energy efficiency of 50% should not be simply used.
