High pressure air path system for stable combustion of vehicle gas turbine fuel oil

2012
The present invention discloses a high pressure air path system for stable combustion of vehicle gas turbine fuel oil. The system comprises an air compressor (102), an air separator (103), an air storage tank (104), an electromagnetic valve (105) and an air distributor (106), wherein the devices are sequentially connected. The gas turbine comprises a fuel oil nozzle with an air atomization path, and a fuel oil nozzle with no air atomization path. The air compressor (102) is driven by a low pressure turbine rotor (100). According to the present invention, air is sequentially subjected to filtration, compression and depuration respectively by a filtration screen (101), the air compressor and the air separator, then is subjected to pressure adjustment, and is pressed into the air storage tank, when the gas turbine starts, high pressure air is introduced to the air atomization path to promote fuel oil atomization, when the gas turbine stops, high pressure air is introduced into an oil supply pipeline to purge the remaining fuel oil so as to clean the oil path. With the high pressure air path system, starting performance of the gas turbine under low temperature, high altitude and other harsh conditions, and working stability in a dust environment can be ensured.
