If symptomatic, it causes clinical symptoms due to traumatic contusion and pressure on adjacent muscles, joints, nerves or blood vessels. It is usually located outside the joints.[1-5] We report two cases where the subjects had intraarticular osteochondromas and underwent arthroscopic surgery.
