SUMMARY Thevalue oftheMLR inpredicting graft outcome wasevaluated inforty cadaveric grafts. The MLR wasassessed bytheoneandtwowaystimulation index (SI), therelative response (RR), andthestabilized relative response (SRR). Graft function wasassessed byfunction at3and6 months after transplantation, andarejection grading based onthenumberandseverity of rejection episodes during thefirst 3months after transplantation. Nocorrelation wasfotnd between theMLR andgraft outcome inthese patients.
