Новые малоинвазивные технологии в лечении коралловидного нефролитиаза

The work is devoted to severe form of calculus formation coral-like nephrolithiasis. Surgical intervention percutaneous nephro-lithotripsy and distance shock-wave lithotripsy (DSWL) were performed in 62 patients after complex examination. Percutaneous nephro-Uthotripsy as monotherapy was effective in 47 (75,8%) patients. In fifteen (24,2%) patients calculi remained after percutaneous operation were fragmented with DSWL method Positive results make grounds for recommendation of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy method to be widely used in clinical practice as a monotherapy and in combination with DSWL in coral-like nephrolithiasis.
