Cloning and sequencing of hTR from human hepatoma cell line

The cDNA sequence of human telomerase RNA (hTR) was amplified by RT-PCR from the human hepatoma cell line (HepG2), and its specificity was confirmed by electrophoresis. The cDNA was inserted into T-vector and transferred to E.coli JM109. The hTR sequence from HepG2 cell showed fully homologous with that from human 293 cells.
