Protective Effect of Methylene Blue on Neuronal Damage Induced by Okadaic Acid in Differentiated SK-N-SH Neuroblastoma Cells

Objective: To investigate the protective effects and the underlying mechanism of methylene blue (MB) on neuronal damage induced by okadaic acid (OA). Methods: The SK-N-SH neuroblastoma cells were differentiated into mature neurons by all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and the differentiation index was successfully verified.
