Comparison of Biological Characteristics in Tumor Animal Model of L1210 Cell Lines and Its Cloned Cells

Objective\ To compare some biological characteristics in tumor animal model of L1210 cell lines and the four cloned cells. Methods\ The property of ascites and concentration of ascites cells were observed 7 days after abdominal cavity vaccination in DBA/2 mice.The neoplastic weight and diameter were measured 10 days after subcutaneous vaccination in DBA/2 mice.The inhibitory neoplastic rates of cyclophosphamide (CY) treatment were compared.Results\ Property of ascites was bloody for two cloned cells L2H8 and L3B12,hydremic for L3F9,bloodless for L1210 and L3E11.The neoplastic weight was 1.9±0.46g,1.5±0.38g,0.75±0.52g,2.6±0.30g,2.0±0.33g for L1210 cells and four cloned cells L3F9,L2H8,L3E11,L3B12.The inhibitory neoplastic rates were 48.7%,81.3%,86.0%,78.7%,67.1% for L1210 cells and the four cloned cells,respectively.Conclusions\ The four cloned cells were in accordance with L1210 cell lines and better in some biological characteristics.\;
