Plan de comunicación externa y su incidencia en el posicionamiento del restaurante Gabrielita de la ciudad de Quevedo,año 2017.

Knowing the perspective of the company Restaurant Gabrielita from the beginning of its functions, we were able to see the main defects and problems presented by the entity. This investigative work has as main objective to design a Plan of External Communication to influence the positioning of the Restaurant in the city of Quevedo. In this research, we used the interview technique, addressed to the owner of the Restaurant Diana of April, for the current analysis of the company and more important data such as: Mission, Vision, and the SWOT analysis, which allowed to investigate the shortcomings in the management of communication which has the Restaurant. Also used the technique of the survey, addressed to the quevedena citizenship, with a questionnaire of 15 questions properly developed, whose results yield valuable information that has served as the basis for the decision-making process in the elaboration of the plan of advertising strategies. It is concluded that the company Restaurant Gabrielita has more than 10 years in the commercial sphere and is not yet fully known by the citizenship due to the current problems they present, the lack of publicity, therefore, shall take all the necessary actions that it is possible to achieve the proposed objectives and raised in this plan.
