Estudio de los residuos mineros de la Presa de Almagrera por medio de piezoconos

espanolDurante la clausura de una presa de residuos de mineral se ha realizado una inspeccion a fondo de los lodos y del material supra yacente, por medio de piezoconos y sondeos. Se muestran, en primer lugar, las correlaciones mas recientes para encontrar los parametros de terreno a partir de las resistencias por punta y por el manguito de friccion del piezocono. El articulo revela que pueden existir diferencias importantes entre los parametros encontrados con el piezocono y con los ensayos de laboratorio realizados sobre muestras extraidas de los sondeos y destaca la necesidad de combinar ambos procedimientos para obtener parametros fiables EnglishDuring the closure of a tailings dam, the tailings and the material placed above have been thoroughly investigated through piezocones and boreholes.
